Living in one of the busiest cities in the world, there is always something that can keep us from taking care of ourselves--our work, families, social lives, projects, commute, etc. This is one of the primary reasons why it couldn’t be more beneficial to take time out of your day to move your body and slow the mind down.

I teach classes in Yoga (office Chair Yoga as well as various forms of Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga), Meditation, and other mindfulness or body-awareness practices in the work place. I can offer group classes or private sessions aimed to refresh and recuperate you or your employee's mental focus and physical energy levels during the work day or at a special retreat or community event. I tailor classes and privates to suite your personal goals, needs, and strengths.
